KiwiGrip – Non Skid Deck Paint 1 and 4 Litre Tins

KiwiGrip is thicker than standard paint with a yogurt-like consistency. It spreads quickly and easily with the supplied ‘Loopy-Goopy’ roller. Consequently the result is a beautiful, consistent grippy surface. The texture can be adjusted from fine to rough by varying the application technique.
You can apply KiwiGrip over wood, fiberglass, epoxy, concrete, or metal (following proper primers). It rolls on nicely over other worn non-skid surfaces with only a scrub and scuff-up no need to grind or sand smooth first. KiwiGrip is also Non-toxic, with no volatile solvents and therefore cleans up with soap and water.
Other anti-skid coatings with fillers tend to wear through, and the fillers fall out leaving an unsafe deck that’s hard to clean and even harder to re-coat. On the other hand, KiwiGrip stays strong.
Better Impact on Our Environment
While only needing one componant, the other advantage KiwiGrip has over paints that need additives is that it is more environmentaly friendly as there are no small plastic balls or sand to add. Just roll it on and let it dry.
Colours and Sizes
KiwiGrip comes in a standard range of colours, White, Cream, Grey and Blue and is available in 1L or 4L tins or boxes. Each box/tin comes with a special 4″ ‘Loopy-Goopy’ roller for the textured pattern. The 4L boxes also come with a 4″ roller handle. The rollers and handles are also available separately.
Being water based, KiwiGrip can also be tinted to many colours. Most larger paint stores should be able to help with this, just be aware that not too much colour additive can be added so dark colours are not possible.
